  2. You need 1 of olive oil.
  3. You need 1 of pink Himalayan salt.
  4. It’s 1 of sterilised glass jar/s and lid/s.

  1. Sterilise your jar/s and lid/s by boiling them in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle salt into the bottom of a glass jar.
  3. Add a layer of basil leaves.
  4. Cover with a layer of olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle a litlle salt, add a layer of basil, cover with olive oil and repeat this process until the jar is full, pressing leaves down and ensuring they are fully immersed in oil.
